I've walked past and been in this building. Looking for something else, I found this picture. It might make a nice addition to a grimy urban setting. Parts of commercial building kits could be used for the funky facade.

It's got one of everything, from an architectural standpoint. A street-level vehicle door, an office door, a loading dock, some glass block windows that have been partially changed to casements, steel roll-up security doors, big billboards on the roof, a big neon/lighted sign, a clock that's right twice a day, possibly a cat or two, graffiti...what a mess. Or, if you're a glass-half-full type of modeler, "delightfully eclectic" or "a great subject to show off your modeling talents."
Their trucks are funky, too. They don't make bumpers like they used to. A bear is guarding this one.
