I feel like a dummy asking but I'm going to do an auto dealer section on my layout and wondering about the Power Adapters. I'm going to set up a Fury Motors, Valley Motors and a Mustang Sally's. Will the 4.5 Volt 2000 mA 3-Outlet AC to DC Power Adaptor be ok or should I go with the 4.5 Volt, 5000 mA 1-Outlet AC to DC Power Adaptor and get the 9-Piece Plug & Play Accessory Kit? I appreciate any help I can get on this subject. Thank you in advance, Gene

I'd go with the bigger one then you have expansion options later if you want to add another building or one of their trucks. But if all you are ever going to have is the 3 buildings the smaller one should work.
The Fury Motors draws 770 mAh - I don't have the specs for the other two but, assuming they are about equal, that would be over 2,300 mAh, which exceeds the rating of the smaller adapter.
If they will all be running at the same time, I'd get the larger one, especially for the potential to add other devices later on. If you'll only be operating 1 or 2 at a time and have no plans for expansion, I'd opt for the smaller one.
Thank you both, I'm going to order the larger option to allow for future expansion.
IMO I always go with the bigger power capacity, then you shouldn't have to worry about exceeding the current limit and burning it out, it's only going to draw what it needs to power your devices properly.

Thanks Gary, that's what I'll be doing. Gene
