This is my second engine that I am repainting, it started out as Conrail SW-1500 that I picked up on eBay cheap. I actually bought it to pull the 5V board out as MTH doesn't make them anymore, but like the H10-44 I bought to gut, this one's lines appealed to my eye. Out came the Easy Off to strip it after a complete dismantling, Valspar spray bomb can of flat black for primer and the Valspar spray bomb gloss were applied. After decals from ShellScale applied, I sprayed it with Valspar clear flat. The yellow railings were done in Testors yellow, I weathered it lightly also. Waiting for the number boards to arrive and will be adding figures to the cab when they arrive also. The hardest part was stripping the plow for the front. Used auto pin striping on it.

Next to my first repaint the H10-44.

You forgot to add the red plastic Igloo coolers on the front steps: a vital prototypical detail!
