I suspect that maybe later today after the Museum program.....

I doubt your hear anything on the 2017 offerings. Lionel doesn't speak on products not yet catalogued.
Guys going to York please give us an update on what you hear from Lionel. Also tell us what you think of the sample of the new Frisco Northern.
It was running on their layout so a close look was impossible. Very striking color combo and took the poor trackwork without trouble. No smoke and couldn't hear the sounds.
I was told by Lionel before York that the unit was a sample and not fully loaded. Probably why no smoke or sound.
The AF Frisco Northern was smoking one of the times I looked in, must have just refilled smoke fluid. Hard to hear sounds in noisy hall, but it was chugging along. This is a really nice looking locomotive in the Meteor paint scheme, was running fine, even with the glitch in the track. In my opinion, best thing on the Lionel running display. I was told the AF Legacy Berkshire is still a possibility, as well as a possible re-run of the FlyerChief Berkshires at some as yet to be determined time. I strongly suggested they try to keep the price about the same if they re-run the Berks, it was a good deal.
Any hint to the next vision product
Anything Diecast coming our way.
Any hint to the next vision product? Wrong scale.
Did Lionel have any preproduction models of the Union Pacific / Katy Heritage SD70Ace or the Union Pacific / Western Pacific Heritage SD70ACe on display? or maybe the EMD Demo SD70ACe?

Frank

Which is why the thread should have American Flyer, Flyer, S Gauge, S Scale or just plain old S in the subject line when mentioning Lionel.
Rusty
So there was nothing mentioned about S at all by Lionel?

One would have had to ask. Every time I went by all the staff was occupied.
