The NC&StL will always be my favorite railroad. Being a Nashville, TN native, I gotta love the hometown railroad. Any other N.C. fans out there?

Please post some pictures if you have any O scale equipment.

The only pieces i have now are the cars Atlas O has put out over the years, and also I was given a custom built RPO car that once ran on the 2 Rail layout at the Nashville Children's Hospital.

The NC&StL is an incidental interest of mine; I know of it primarily as an L&N purchase.

(The L&N is/was one of my local roads.)

However: I have requested more than once that there be offered a streamstyled Dixie

4-8-4 in 3-rail O. I would probably reserve both a Stripe and a Yellow Jacket, were both versions offered. Too good-looking to resist; saw the remaining one (de-streamstyled, unfortunately) in Nashville just this past summer.

So, to answer your question: yeah, marginally.

Oh if someone would make a 4-8-4 dixie, I'd buy one in every cab number! I have the Overland HO model on my shelf now, and I hope to one day have an o scale model to put next to it.

Yeah, every so often i'll swing by Centennial Park to see 576. Poor thing is just waisting away. It's been so mistreated over the years. I'm just glad they finally built a shed over it!
