Call or e-mail Steve Nelson with MrMuffins or Korber and he will help you. We did one of them and extended it significantly. Sorry but no pictures on my I-pad. Steve should have pictures.
Harry Hieke also makes a nice one but I wouldn't call it modern.
The bridge Boss did some a few years ago. See if he still has a kit or two
If you mean below - it is on the Korber web site. there are also other modern styles show below.

Those Korber Enginer/Maineentance Facilities are great looking models.
Joe at Model Structures for Model Railroads (he replied to your question in the above post) offers custom built structures such as these:

As I mentioned, he "custom builds" his, so if you wanted a full wall from roof to ground, rather than the partial open sides more common to the southern tier states, then simply ask him.
I really like the Korber kits...and wish I could figure out an industry to use those structures that would be appropriate on my branch line. I do have some flats and shallow reliefs from Korber products that are great for warehouses. And I have some nifty building flats, low reliefs and one LARGE structure made from OGR kits.
Right now, I am patiently waiting for a couple of custom aggregate loaders that Joe is building for me.
Picked this up at York around two years ago. It was the built example on display, and was built by Alex M. It is a great building, and, I know, it's supposed to be a diesel facility, but my road, my rules!!!
