Article needed: Flags, Diamonds & Statues Magazine

Gentlemen and Ladies;

I am searching for an article that appeared in the ARHS magazine: Flags, Diamonds & Statues Vol. 12 No.1 (Issue 44, 1994) about the DL&W 2 bay hopper.

That edition is not available to order as a back issue from the society and most copies I've seen online for sale far exceed a reasonable cost to buy & mail.

Would anyone here, especially eastern road modelers, have the edition and be willing to copy or scan the article for me?
