Great video Steve. It must have been hard to film and construct at the same time.
Love the idea of not crimping the center rail too tight. (Trial and error really does
help to evolve the process)
This should be a big help to those who want to make their own.
Excellent video. I'm so glad we will be making my sections at your house.

Great , Could you please share with us were you purchase your O gauge ties and insulators ? Thank you Gary
Thank Steve,
I would imagine with would be easier to do the short straights than the logers ones unless you use up another section.
Great video,

Steve, Bob, Jeff,
Let's plan a work Saturday before things get to crazy for Holidays, meets, museum displays ect..(or is it too late already?)
Also can take some pictures to see if others want to try the portable standard gauge layouts.

Steve,
Real nice job on the instructional video for making 5 rail Conventional Tubular track, loved it. Definitely a hands on time consuming job, but the 5 rail track comes out very professionally.

Genius! Wish I saw this video before I installed my Gargraves 5 rail track! With all new components in using tubular track that is way easier then bending gargraves 5 rail. Can't understand why track manufacturers don't make custom order curves 5 rail track? I understand that it's a niche market and not a lot of call for it to produce all the time but if it could be purchased pre-made that would be awesome! Great job Steve.
