Atlas Dwarf Signal Issue

Hey everyone. I just got the Atlas O Dwarf signal 4 pack. I installed 1 of the signals so far to my Atlas 7.5 turnouts. The switch throws left and right fine, the Dwarf signal lights up green but never changes color.

I watched Eric's Trains on YouTube and have it wired the way he does but jumping power off a Atlas O type G signal board that is coming off the Z4000 14volt terminals. I feel like this has to be a easy fix.
