I recently bought a used BNSF Maxi-Iv well car. Unfortunately the car was damaged in shipping- some ladders on the B and C car were broken, and a side ladder on the A car is missing. I checked Atlas' website- no parts listed for this car. Has anyone ever been able to source parts for their Maxi-iV?

If I recall correctly the ladders are molded not separately applied, so I doubt there would be a part to be found.
The ladders are separately applied. I would suggest calling Atlas and asking if they have the parts you need.
Atlas O was able to send a missing part for my TTX Maxi IV car a few years after I purchased it.
I called them, received an email address, and then emailed them a pic of what was missing. The part showed up a few days later in the mail.
