Thanks for posting these (and also those great F7 photos)!
Nice! Will be ordering mine soon. Thanks for sharing.
The Zephyr baggage car is gorgeous and now I feel I have a somewhat representative train. I ony have eight cars, but they are absolutely gorgeous cars. I wish I ordered a Sunset F7 !!!
Guys. Glad you like the baggage. Me too. Certainly fits into my price point/quality comfort zone.
Scrapiron, Sunset usually has cancellations and may have some F7's left after finishing the shipments. Give 'em a call a call. Or consider ordering the Atlas O F's.

Totally cool car - just ordered the CB&Q version from Norm's O Scale Trains. Have an E5 A/B set idling on the ready track ready to couple on + keep a streamlined roller bearing Aeolus 4-6-4 steamed up in the house, in case of diesel failure!

I ordered an Atlas-O Rio Grande F7 ABBA configuration (front 3 units powered) for my CZ to keep things prototypical. Hopefully they'll arrive at some point in 2016. And for the days I feel less prototypical, I plan to head the CZ with 3 modern Lionel SD70ACe heritage locomotives already on my roster... one for each of the CZ roadnames: CB&Q, D&RGW, and WP. Either way, it'll make for colorful power up front for a CZ train.
Atlas-O did a great job on the baggage cars. Mine should be arriving within the week... one WP Silver Beaver for the regular CZ train, and one Amtrak #1002 for an Amtrak set. I've been slowly building an Amtrak CZ-based train (7 or 8 cars should do it). And if Lionel doesn't get too greedy with the Vision Line GG1 pricing, I thought the Bicentennial GG1 would be a great color-matched loco to head up the Amtrak CZ-based train.

My supplier shipped the baggage and domed cars today. Have them Wednesday. Can't wait.

I'm in the same boat as David. Until Atlas ships my drgw F7's, I'm stuck running my cz with a drgw heritage sd70ace. (2-rail)
It took Atlas a while to get the complete Zephyr to market. But you gotta admit that is one fine looking train.
If and when Atlas announces the Super Chief, my name will be first on the order list.
Jim;
If you want to be first on that list, better start sharpening your elbows.
