Atlas O Signal System malfunction

Anyone out there knowlegable on these? I have three signals daisy chained together on my outer loop and they worked perfectly for a couple years. Now all of the sudden they will just display all greens. I confirmed that all of my connections to the outer rail from the board are good (nothing came loose) and the rail gaps are still "gapped" (using FastTrack, so using a "gapped" piece). I don't even know where to begin troubleshooting this. Suggestions?
