Lionel Legacy 4-6-6-T Whistle Steam Issue

NJCJOEOGR Forum Member DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I have a Lionel Legacy CNJ 4-6-6-T engine (#2031040) with whistle steam. The issue is that the whistle steam stays on all the time until I blow the whistle, then the steam stops. As soon as the whistle stops blowing, it starts steaming again. Anybody know how to correct this?
