Hi all. I have been asked to do some repairs to what I believe is an O Scale 2 Rail Atlas RS11. But it has no builders markings anywhere on it that I can find. The biggest problem I see is the bronze/phosphor shoes that make contact with the back sides of the wheels on the non geared side of the trucks. These are badly worn and should be replaced. And yet, I can’t find any sources of parts at all. Anyone have any helpful suggestions? Thanks in advance

Are you sure it's an Atlas? It looks more like a Weaver model to me.
Make your own, you already have the pattern and can easily duplicate them. The only change that I would add would be a thicker and longer "wiping" contact.

Yep, I’m considering that. I just thought I’d replace them with original parts, if possible. But, yeah, that’s a good point to make them a couple of thousandths thicker. Thanks.
That sure looks like a Weaver model.
Bob Lavezzi (All About Trains - Linden NJ) bought a bunch of the old Weaver parts. He has the parts at the Strasburg meets and also Chicago and York shows.
I've bought pick-ups like that from him at the Strasburg show in the recent past.
They are without doubt Weaver Models RS11. As George mentioned Bob Lavezzi has the pickups for those engines. Be aware there is a left and right handed version of the pickups. Depending on which truck side is insulated.
You could also take phosphor bronze strips and solder them to rehabilitate the pickups.

MANY thanks! I did contact Bob and have ordered a set. I’m really thankful to all of you guys for identifying it for me. I at first thought it to be an Atlas.
