I'm converting to 2-Rail, and and I can't figure out how the Atlas Under-Table Switch Machine linkage connects to the throw bar on Atlas turnouts. I already bought the Atlas track and switch machines, but before I butcher my table I'd like to make sure that I understand the setup so I can insure the optimum placement.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just noticed your post. Maybe this will still help. If you're referring to Atlas O #6098 Deluxe Under the Table Switch Machine, the installation instructions are in the lower left corner of the instruction page. Basically Atlas's recommended method is to drill the center of the switch throwbar and mount the machine directly under that position. They even provide drill bit details for the holes in the benchwork and throwbar.
