Okay, I give up. A computer search hasn't given me what I need. Lots of barber shops but no individual interior parts.
Does anyone make barber shop interior details in O or S scale?

great idea but, never came across one. if it doesn’t exist and making it from scratch isn’t in the cards, depending on the building placement, maybe an appropriately sized interior shot off the internet with some foreground seated men might work. also, an grocer figure wearing an apron with the arms repositioned and the back of a man in a seated chair might make it that much more realistic. just winging it here as i think it’s a unique challenge. let us know how you proceed/it comes out.
Lionel had a barber shop with details. The roof was removable to view the detailed interior. I don’t recall the item number. NJ Highrailers have one on their layout in Paterson, NJ. Might be a good idea for Lionel to reproduce as a salon, or even a tattoo parlor.
Woodland Scenics offered their Corner Emporium with a detailed barber shop.
They also offered an HO model - Floyd's Barber Shop
Plenty of images to pull from and there's always of making your own details w/ various spare parts or re-purposing items from stuff around the house or garage. Maybe check w/ those detailed doll-house parts in the craft stores.
Here you go--Scale City Designs
That's a good start, Scotie, and some other good suggestions from the others. The chairs are the hard part and the rest I can make or fake.
I never heard of Scale City nor Keil Line before. They have a lot of good stuff.
Thanks.
You need a gumball machine or two, chrome electric shoe shine machine , cigar/cig. sales table, payphone, and a booster seat for the kids.
For a whíle in the 60s-70s, one local shop had a beer cooler too 🤔
Coffee pot or big urn.
