I just purchased a Bassett Lowke Peckett (havent received it yet) and am curious as to how other owners of recent BL locos are operating them. I assume its a DC only engine but can be run on either 2 or 3 rail O gauge track. I would like to operate it on 3 rail and am planning on using a DC power pack that I use with HO equipment. If I hook up a Lionel or equivalent snap on and run the wires to the power pack is this all I have to do. thanks, bertiejo
