My Youngstown and Southern has been graced with an onslaught of grandchildren piling in from Minneapolis, and soon, Seattle, who will invade my layout, laying happy waste to some delicate structures, but what the heck, isn't that why God invented Elmer's White Glue?

Will I wince when I hear a crunch or two? You bet I will. But a nice stiff gin and tonic will soften the blow, and serve to remind me that right here in this miniature world is where happy dreams are born. And who am I to get in the way of that?

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Paul

Paul...

My five year old twin grandsons filled one of my Gondola cars with people.  and Best when one of them brought to me my fire felt car with ladder and said the bell needed to be fixed...yep he broke it...

I Love my grandkids beyond belief...and enjoyed the repair time to make it all look as it was....I built the layout for them...and with them we run trains each time they are over.

I share your joys...
