Are these compatible?

I have a 6-1145 Polar express legacy Berkshire and i would lile to run the front half year round but not have the polar express tender conected all year so theres a pere marquette tender i saw but i notice the sensors different on it i put pictures up so the model of the tender is 6-11204 it has a big box sensor under it. maybe there is a different one that is compatible that i may have over looked the first two pictures are mine with the round sensor on top the rest are the other tender i found

I recall the original thread being posted. When folks post a question/problem  that's come up before. Sometimes it jars the memory.

On a side note. This is why it's always important to post whatever resolves an issue. No matter how trivial. That thread is 8 years old, and here we are.

The amount of information on this forum is invaluable.  Even if an answer hasn't been posted. There's a good chance another member will know it and be able to help.
