This was at today’s TTOS meet. It belonged to the owners grandfather. He wants it restored and would also like to know who made it. It is STD Gauge. Any suggestions? The quality of the cast boiler would suggest it was not a home brew. A kit or small manufacturer I would guess. Nostalgia Train Works is probably going to do the restoration.

Wow Steve! You keep finding those really big STD gauge engines. The engine appears to be cast. It has a six wheel driver. Not too many of those were made, right? It appears to have a horizontal drive gear. Is that a flywheel in the rear? ARNO listed a whole bunch of candidates in this thread:
