I have 2 BPC2's on my layout. Both make a faint buzz when letting power through to the tracks. As soon as you turn the blocks off, it goes away. Anybody else with BPC2'S notice this. I power them from the C handle of a ZW-L, I always turn the handles down to zero when shutting down and on start up as I raise the voltage the BPC2 make a terrible buzz noise until about 16volts. Should this be a concern or is it normal operation?
