HI

What is the best way to cut them? Which tool would you suggest using to make nice clean cuts.

I use a hobby saw.

I sometimes put them in a vise with smooth jaws and snap them off to what I want. Sometimes then I smooth the edges on a disk sander.

I prefer to use a dremel bdisk especially cutting off track you can get a perfect cut and straight,only thing the disks break easy you can use any side pressure or the dremle disk will break and self destruct. Originally Posted by stan2004:

I just score it with a utility knife and snap it, but I only make rectangles.
