If you already have the track lighting with the cans... you should try going to the Hyperikon web site.   I have recently purchased over 20 LED 4 ft. T8 and T5 tubes to replace my aging flourescents.

I tried to attach a URL link below for you....  You need to know whether your track lights require PAR 20, PAR 30, or the larger PAR 38 spot lights.    Most of the lights are offerred in 3000K, 4000k and 5000k temperature light...  Personally I have had pretty good luck with 4000K, it's bright, not blue.   I find that 2700K lighting is in the yellow family, which is fine for color temperature, but I find like you that it doesn't provide sufficient light.

If you're not sure about PAR 20 etc.  the web site provides the diameter and length of the flood light bulbs, so you can measure what currently fits in  your cans and make a decision...

Besides good quality, I like this company because the shipping is always free, not true of some of the competition.
