The car parked in front of the diner is a 1930 0r '31 Model A Ford Sport Coupe and it looks fairly new, so this picture is circa the early 1930s. The Led Zep Diner reflects a trend in structures and automobiles of the 1920s and 1930s.
The truck is a 1931 Model A Ford.

I am not interested that much, but I can't tell '28 from'29 Model A Fords, or '30's from
'31, however, each of those two years are easily different from the other two. The
Zippo car looks like maybe a '48 Chrysler. Wonder how the Air Training Command
would react today to being used to encourage smoking? I would not consider the Lifesaver car safe to drive...visibility looks lousy.
