Cab1-L and Base3

Probably not anything worth worrying about. The Base 3 is mainly intended for those who do not already have TMCC/Legacy, or those who want to be able to control LionChief locos from the same remote as TMCC/Legacy locos.  Unless you have LionChief locos you want to operate from the same remote, no major things you will be missing by not having the Base 3, at least as presently described.
