The simple question - I'm using Clear 100% Silicone Adhesive to hold the Mars and headlight wires inside a shrinkwrap sleeve (that won't shrink enough). I think I may have used enough silicone, that it is touching the bulb(s). Will this be OK when it dries?

Yes I'm still working on the same PS 2 upgrade I started before Christmas. I had a parts issue.... Anyway.
The is an MTH Premier GP9 with the Mars and Headlight going into the same lens. MTH originally shrank wrapped the 2 lights into the lens (An excellent idea). I'm putting it together, trying to reuse the shrinkwrap. I don't have any that is big enough.
