Nice job on the new layout Max. You did a great job on the rock cut-out on the edge of the layout and the streets look good with the lines. Good luck on the open house.

Very nice, Max. I had to watch the video without sound but I'll rewatch it later to hear the narrative. I especially like your rock cut. You did a great job on the scenery and fitting a lot of railroad in a small space.

Max, Great job! The roof and parking lot look nice. Wish I was there for the open house. Since you changed the roofs on the depot to make it look more natural, you might want to consider one more alteration. I always thought that the Lionel platforms for the operating accessories were made of too vivid colors (if you are trying to make a layout look "natural"). If you visit Cookie's layout, take a look how the vibrating cattle car pen was altered to make it blend in better with the scenery around it. If you wanted, you could do the same for the milk car platform. The layout looks fantastic. As a side note, are you still a Steeler's fan??? :-)
