I’ve received some real nice LED boards to improve the lighting in some high energy bulb cars (from Royztrains). Roy helped me distinguish between wires and the 1st car (Lionel). lit up perfectly. Now I’ve moved on to a K-Line RPO. The wiring is hard to follow. However, I’ve concluded the “blue” wire is power coming in from the pick-up, and the red wire is the common, and goes to the chassis/axles.
In the first picture, I have already cut the bulb base away from the wiring. Comments would be appreciated. I understand that the bulb housing is grounded by it’s clip to the frame.
