Just wanted to share a process I used to make removable winter scene for the holidays. I used 1/4' plywood w/3" bottom rim of 1/2" foam and then detailed it w/ cement paint for walkway and driveway. I then glued (indoor/outdoor carpet glue)on using a heavy Dacron cloth(from fabric store) right down to edges. It looked good but the fuzz over time would collect dirt and pull, so I used wet-water and then a good misting of the ballast white glue mixture and let dry for 2 days and had a nice glaze over it all , then used satin latex paint coat and applied electrical elements and figures etc. all glued down. Now after the holidays I will remove this vignette and replace w/ ball field to match exact foot print. It is light solid and well sealed and constructed.Hope you enjoy
