You have lost the neutral(white wire). 1) Check all the white wire connections in your breaker box. 2)Check the white wire on the back of the recept. With the circuit breaker off. 3) Call a electrician anything else could be a fire hazard. BE SAFE
Assuming you do NOT have aluminum wiring, start at the outlet in the circuit nearest the breaker and check wiring. If the circuit outlets are daisy chained through the duplex outlets with stab in connections that's most likely where the neutral is interrupted. (or in a wire nut) Side wire the outlets you check for more reliable connections. The stab ins shouldn't be reused.
All outlets and switches are wired on the side connections. Going to look at the switch where I think the outlets and switches are daisy chained from. Hopefully that is where the return is loose.
