Looking for suggestions to replace the silhouette window glazing strips in Lionel aluminum passenger cars with a clear glazing. Would also like to find the same material with a light green tint.
You can buy clear and colored gel sheets at any art store. For clear, you can also use overhead transparency sheets, which you can get at Office Depot. You can run the latter through your ink-jet printer.

This is also a marvelous way to make store window signs or lighted signs of other kinds.
Thanks for the glazing recommendation. What were your sources for the seats and passengers in your interiors? I am upgrading Lionel combination and diner cars with silhouettes to detailed interiors with LED lighting, detailed trucks and car ends, etc. And I agree...might as well put a smart phone in the passenger hands, LOL.
