I was in Cleveland MS today and stopped at the new RR museum. They have hundreds of artifacts from the IC and many other roads. They also have a 3r 71 x 17 o gauge layout. It was done with MTH scaly tax and was beautifully done.

They had a GM&O GP 35 running with no caboose. I could not let that stand so I am donating one. It gets me on as an honorary crew member too. It will not really do me much good since the museum is 190 miles from home.

Fun day!!!

This museum is only about 10 years old but they have acquired a great collection. Besides my caboose they have acquired a Illinois Central caboose with a 1941 build date. The previous owner remove the toilet only, everything else is intact! I offered to letter it for them when restored (used to be a sign painter). If you are ever in that area it would it is worth the time to go. I will going back soon.
