I don't know if this has been shown before, but, I came across this 4' X 12" roll of clouds at A.C. Moore today. Buy one get 50% off the second. I couldn't find a price. Looks like it would make a decent backdrop.
A search of the Pacon website also shows this in 4' X 50' rolls.

The package says 4 feet by 12 feet.
The catalog shows 4 ft by 50 ft and retailing for just under $25.00. If not in stock, I would imagine it could be special ordered through various suppliers of teachers room decor and art supplies as they only sell through retailers. Certainly worth a minimal investment to see if it would work as a train backdrop! I'll be taking a closer look.
