Some of you guys are happy with the color (right or wrong). Some of you guys are not happy. For the ones who are not happy...…..Why are you keeping them? Send them back to where you got them from.
The auto racks and flat cars are completely painted.

That is not even the same type of auto rack. That is a Multi-Max built by Gunderson.
The CSX and NS Rebuilt auto racks were being painted in Light Yellow paint.
