It reminded me of this video that made the rounds a while ago:
In our club whenever somebody has a spectacular derailment we always joke about mandatory urinalysis or sing a few bars of the Grateful Dead's "Casey Jones".

That article reminded me of a crash on the home layout a few years ago. A distracted engineer on a PRR freight headed by a legacy RS-11 rear-ended a Union Pacific freight.
No crew were injured, but all agreed the most difficult part of the investigation was being able to hit those O-gauge specimen bottles for the drug tests.
