Connecting a Ross turntable to Lionel Legacy/TMCC | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

The instructions for connecting a Ross turntable to a Lionel Legacy/TMCC system state that I should connect the blue wire coming from the plug-in to the turntable control box to a "data wire" from TMCC. I've got a Legacy base, and a DB9 cable, and a LCS SER2 box. Is there a "data wire" somewhere in this mix? Is it just the binding post on the back of the Legacy base that connects a single wire to the outside Fastrack track? Is it somewhere on the SER2 box? Thanks for any help.

The "data wire" is from the SER2 box. You need the common and output data.

Well, in this case the "out" on the SER2 is the correct choice.
