Connecting DZ1000 to Atlas O Turnout

Does anyone have pictures / drawings / instructions on how to connect a DZ1000 switch machine to an Atlas O turnout?

I had just gotten one when this was taken, but it's how it ended up getting installed. All I did was connect and screw it down in the holes provided. Been working for several months now. Couldn't get the Atlas machine to fit here so tried a DZ-1000, only one I have, but I do like it. Works very well.
