I've been asked to build a county fair/circus feature on a 3-rail O scale layout. I don't see any specific suppliers listed who carry these. Can anyone who has such a feature on their layout give me a lead?

Try to find an ERTL country fair set they are out there but kinda hard to find
they should run in the $40 to $50 range. You will need to paint the pieces to make it look
good. I am building a county fair for a layout for a friend, I'll take some pictures this week end and send them if you would like to see them.

Check out the line of amusement park and circus items offered by Mr. Christmas. Over the years we've purchased ferris wheels, roller coaster, animated circus, a starship ride and other animated accessories from this company.
We bought a lot of these items from a vendor at our local train shows but I believe you can also buy from them on the internet.
These were featured in Run #247 in OGR Magazine.

Stu I did take pix with my new smart phone but some how I didn't get the right format
so until I learn what to do. I will have to wait till next week to take thon pix again with my digital camera that I know has the right format, sorry for the delay.
Arttista make a whole series of circus people. You can purchase them either painted or the casting not painted and paint them yourself to save a few bucks.
Metal Figures has a tent available. I've seen their circus displays at different meets. IMO pretty nice.
Circus Craft used to make various items in "O" size. A number of various circus wagons, and packs of unpainted, movable arms, sitting figures are on eBay (search "circus craft").
Gem City makes some excellent o scale tents. Very nice quality. 30 inch tent is I believe $89.00. 48 inc tent &1.49.
