I bought this beautiful Pullman Standard flatcar at a show recently, and love the look, the weight, and the performance...up til now. With this car positioned immediately behind my switcher as I tried to push some cars into a curved siding, I get 100% derailing between this car and the PW rolling stock immediately behind it. Check this video for a better picture of what's going on. Basically it appears that the coupler knuckle on this flatcar (right) must be longer than those on PW cars (left), or the pocket design is simply too tight,

with the result that it won't pivot in a left hand turn, but pivots ok in a right hand turn (or vice versa depending on your point of view). With virtually no pivoting in the coupler pocket area in one direction, this fairly heavy car just shoves any lighter PW trucks right off the track.

Has anyone seen this before, and do you have a simple fix?
