I am.  Won't be there until noon or a little after.  :-)

Mike Rogers, Four Points Sheritan.  Get off the Pike and turn south on 19. Turn left at the light at Freeport Road, then right at the first road before you would cross the bridge over 79.  Look for the usual array of train nuts.  ;-)

Kenny, I wasn't aware they changed to DoublrTree, but I avoid Cranberry as much as possible, unless it is in search of trains.  ;-)

What A great time at the show! I had quite A few new people that talked to me that I had not known from the forum. I got to see some LHS people witch is always nice. picked up A few more cars, 2 RR crossing with lights and some junction blocks for wiring. Hope everyone else had A good time, take care and I am sorry if I ran any ones feet over with the wheelchair! Choo Choo Kenny

Crowd was a little light but some good dealers. Bought two Lionel steamers that were on my "list", of course, could have bought many more. A nice bunch of standard gauge but expensive, I think. Glad that I have some but did get a nice flat car.  Didn't seem to be as many bargain boxes under the tables as before. But we get to do it again next weekend !! Did meet choo-choo.

Good evening, first time at this show and was confused when the directions lead me to the Double Tree by Hilton instead of the Sheraton.

Drove around the parking lot and spotted van with Lionel on the  side and figured this must be the place.

Went inside and showed my TCA Card, apparently I missed something there because I was just asked for $5.00 and got my hand stamped.

Walked around and the only thing thought caught my eye was a few old 1920 Chevrolets (new) trucks for my layout.

Bought a set of OGRE LED bulbs from an individual that was selling them.

Returned three different times hoping to be able to talk to the individual that was selling the product.

Really didn't get to ask him any questions about the LED's due to the fact he was in a deep conversation with another individual for almost hour and half that must have been pretty important.

He did stop long enough to take my money though and wanted to know why I didn't want to by two sets of LED's because it was a better price.

Met an individual that I have talked to on this forum several times.

It was great to finally meet him and looking forward to he and his wife coming to Indiana PA to visit and operate some trains.

All in all nice show.

Thank you to the people that put this show together.

I had a good time.  The only thing I bought a RailKing log dump car I have wanted for a very reasonable price.  I did make some mental notes on pricing of some things I may buy in the future.

The best part was meeting Mark Strittmatter and Choo Choo Kenny for the first time.  I had a very nice conversation with each of you!  It's so good to meet forum members face to face.  I also talked with Doc and Rick Miller who I have met before.  It was good to get together again with each of you.

Terry Hudson, I am sorry I missed you.  I was looking at name tags, but somehow missed you.  Hopefully next time, I will catch you.

Jim Pastorious, Drainmaster, I hope to see you sometime.  Mike, did you make it there?

Harley House,

From what I read in the Butler paper they want to start at Rt 8 to just west of Balls Bend. That has been a death trap since it was built.  I can remember that far back.  Ouch!!  Then I think they want to do more at the Cranberry end, too.  It will take years.  Any time it is too bad, I can drive down 68 to 79 to Cranberry that way.  I grew up about a mile behind Mars High School, and my parents still live there.  It is totally different from the rural area I knew as a child.

Dtrainmaster,

lol. Yes, autocorrect thinks you are a plumber.  It tried to do it again, but I caught that little scamp this time.   As far as hiding goes, you did a good job, because I did not see anyone with a gray face and hair and a doo like Ace Ventura!!

I checked out out the photos!  Looking mighty good!  Will you be at Greenbergs Monroeville.  I plan to be there Saturday.  I will look for Ace's silhouette again!  ;-)

Dave

Well, I will keep an eye pealed for Ace.  I would like to go to the Kittanning show.  It has been a few years, and I should go, it is as close to me as Cranberry, and a half hour closer than Monroeville.  Three shows in one month!  Wow!

Mark, I am Rick and the owner of Ogre Modeling, LLC.  I apologize for not getting to you personally and yes, you were correct in that what I was doing was very important.  I was speaking to Fort Pitt Treasurer Matt Irvin.  He had a major heart issue in December and we were catching up on all of the Division fundraising.  I am the Past President and current VP.  If you have any questions, I'd like to answer them.   Rick
