I just found this at the hobby shop I work at partime. I was wondering if it would be ok to use for 2rail. I will be running mostly MTH and I know this is not on the list for DC power supplies but it is a filtered supply. Seems like it should work but just looking for other input. Thanks for any info.

That supply probably doesn't have any voltage regulation. That means that the output voltage could be quite a bit higher than the value shown for light loads. Check it with a voltmeter.
This particular supply is made by Aristo Craft. It is definitly made for 2 rail ops. It's a switching regulator supply, according to a review I just read, it has very good regulation , very low ripple at max load, etc,. I just googled the CRE-55465 and got lots of hits. If you can get it for a reasonable price, go for it.
