My first time out with Scenic Express "foam" - been wanting to use this stuff for years - I'm using their Pennsy walls / seam sealers / abutments
My question - what is your preferred method for cutting walls / seam sealers etc - also do you have a preferred glue that you use ???

I cut them with a regular old utility knife You dont have to cut all the way through because they will snap apart after the first cut. We have used a variety of different glues The best thing is adhesive silicon but we do also put a small gargraves track screw in one of the seams to hold them
Joe, I'm new to this product as well, having just bought some in Springfield on Sunday. I asked them about glue, and they recommended adhesive caulking that is NOT solvent-based as it will destroy the foam.
As for cutting, I've had good luck cutting other foam products with my Fein Multimaster / oscillating tool with a fine-tooth blade attached. I haven't tried cutting the Scenic Express walls yet, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
A razor saw is perfect for making straight cuts through this material.
