Is anyone good with Scarm trying to finish this layout and cant find the right combination of track pieces or do i have to cut the last section ?

This looks like it will work. There is always a little wiggle room, it doesn't have to be perfect on the plan to work in real life.

The big problem you had was that you had a copy of your layout pasted over each other. After removing one copy the only place to be improved was in the joint at the lower right. I've enclosed a copy of possible track lengths that can be generated with Atlas track pieces. Just remember that you sometimes have to increased the gap length in order to close it. Darrell is correct; the resulting miss alignment is easily connected by shiftingthe two ends.
The D-190 layout was my first layout as a child. We added a passing siding along the bottom.

PS. The misalignment is 1/8" an only in the vertical direction. I changed on short piece. Use the tape measure tool with the table.
