Is there a speaker out there that will go louder (more efficient) that will go louder than the one in the dcs kit. Will covering the speaker back like mth does help in volume? My chuff is not loud enough to cover the noise of 3 passenger cars clicky clack above 30 scale mph. current speaker is 4 ohms.

Putting the proper sealed baffle on the speaker will make a HUGE difference. I suppose there are higher efficiency speakers, but the one that comes with the DCS is a decent speaker.
I use spray can lids or similar to create a sealed baffle over speakers, the difference has to be heard to be believed. You'll also increase the bass response.
