I finally got around to upating my TIU and Remote to the 4.2 version and the downloads and transfers went very smooth. However, when I tried out the remote and went to run a TMCC engine, the remote jumped up to #175. I only have 7-8 Atlas and Lionel engines. Additionally, the red light on the TMCC flashed continuously until I shut power off and on again. The problems continued when trying to run a proto 2 engine on my outer loop in which, once the power was added to the track, the engine started moving without being started up. It also indicated the engine was not on the track and when I went to add it, it indicated no engine to add.
Hindsight being what it is, I never had any of these issues with version 3.1
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
