Hi All,

If you have the DCS Wi-Fi Set 50-1036 (The one that comes with a TIU and separate WIU unit, no handheld remote) can you also use the Handheld remote if you want? Or is it strictly Wi-Fi control only? I would think you could but not sure if that newer TIU was only Wi-Fi control.

If the WIU is separate unit then a remote should work fine. Only the yet to be release TIU/WIU combination units are WiFi app only unless you tether the remote.

I have a Rev. L TIU with the WIU, and remotes and phones all connect just fine.
