i am working on creating a personal christmas train - i have no idea where i can purchase decals for individual cars
one word such as "Grace" or "Letters to Santa"
where can i look to purchase these - if possible and or reasonably priced

For individual letters and words, decals are not always the best choice.
Suggest you consider dry transfers - several sources, but Clover House might be the best option for choice of font, size, and color.
