did you build bar mills sweaty bettys O scale ?

Unless I'm reading the instructions wrong I'm supposed to brace the floor on the inside surface but there's a sheet of floor tile print so i'm guessing I'm reading wrong. Everything's fitted and painted and ready to assemble. Help
