fellas. I rewired my buildings and other accessory lightling to LED. they have the resistors built in. Now, do i need diodes for each line going out from each building? or can I use a diode near my transformer on the Black wire (neg)? how do you size such a thing? or do I just install Diodes on each building lead out? thanks

You can use a single diode for all the runs as long as they all come back to the common or hot wire. It doesn't make any difference which lead it's in. You just add up the LED's and figure 20ma for each, size the diode to have at least double the capacity of all the LED currents.
Many of the 12V pre-wired LED's already have diodes, are you sure you need any?
One diode is all you need in any case, just go for a 3A diode and you're set. I can't imagine you have more than 100 LED's, right? 
Well I got them from Lighthouse LED. I can see the resistor built in there in the shrink wrap, but not a cyl shape unit on the negative, so not sure otherwise if they included one in there.

I'm not familiar with those, do they say they're for AC or DC, or just DC? If they're rated just for DC, then you'll need the diode.
