Disassembly of a Menard's Building

Has anyone had any experience with dis-assembling a Menard's building for customizing or re-paint? I would like to find out how easy or hard it is. For example are the windows snap in or glued. Are roofs glued in or held with screws etc.

I only have the older bar and grill (until my Mystery Box arrives), and it is very securely glued. Nothing comes apart. I had to pry off hot glue to get at the sign board.
